Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional transit time for delivery.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Domestic Shipping (within India):

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after your order has been shipped.

  • Cost: Free shipping.

• International Shipping:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-21 business days after your order has been shipped, depending on the destination.

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or peak seasons.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's status online. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Zari Aanchal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend you check with your country's customs office to determine what these costs will be.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive your order with visible damage, please contact our customer support immediately. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
